Directions and parking
The open interviews will be held at our manufacturing facility in Bluffton, OH. From I-75, take exit 142 and head east on OH-103.
Turn right onto Pocono Drive, then right at the stop sign onto Navajo Drive. Follow Navajo Drive around the bend until you arrive
at a large parking lot. You may park in any of the spots in the parking lot and then report to the guard house for check-in.
In/Out Procedures
Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your selected interview timeslot in order to register with our security team.
Once you park, report to the guard house for check-in. Please be prepared to provide a valid photo ID to the guard on duty. You will be asked to disclose your US citizenship and agree to our visitor policies at check-in. For your safety, and ours, you will be required to answer COVID questions prior to entering GROB's campus. If you have any concerns or questions about what might be asked, please contact GROB Systems and ask to speak with HR.
Once check-in is complete, you will be given a visitor badge and directions to your next location.
After your interview, you will be directed back to the guard house where you will sign-out and turn in your visitor badge.
